  1. Customers are not charged GST on consultation.
  2. Debit cards, Credit cards, Online transfers, GPay and Paytm can all be used to make payments in favour of M/s Sakhiya Skin Clinic Limited.
  3. The consultation is valid for 7 days.
  4. Without providing any notice or explanation, Sakhiya Skin Clinic Limited maintains the right to change any terms and conditions at any moment.
  5. If any dispute takes place, it shall be resolved by Surat Jurisdiction.
  6. You give us permission to contact you via phone, email, or SMS if you use the website or fill out the inquiry form at sakhiyaskinclinic.com or one of our promotional landing pages. We might call you to set up appointments, offer you our services for the course of treatment you’ve chosen, and send you information about special deals we have going on at our clinics. Moreover, even if you have registered for the DND, DNC, or NCPR services, you still give us permission to call or send you an SMS for the aforementioned uses.
